+ - What is your returns policy?

Prom and Evening Wear Refund Policy Instore or Online:

When purchasing a prom dress or Evening Gown we unfortunately can not offer a refund due to dresses being made to different specifications and also restrictions put in place by manufacturers,. We do state at point of sale that you may transfer any payments made to another gown for the same value or more. Refunds will not be given due to change of mind or cancellation of events please refer to citizens advice at http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/changing-your-mind-about-something-youve-bought/.

 

With our Return’s  Policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in perfect condition, unworn and with the tamper tags still attached. Then simply follow the return instructions listed below. We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple as possible.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order or simply ring the shop on 01642 864111. We would need your item to be returned within 10 days . Please indicate that you want to exchange your purchase, and note the designer name, new style, colour, size requested and your wear date. Please ship your return within 3 days of receiving your RA #.

No exchange on swimwear and jewelry , sale items are exchange only .

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

Please contact us by  email within 3 days of receiving your order or simply call the shop on 01642 864111. Please indicate that you want to receive a Store Credit. A Store Credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected.

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving your (RA#). You may use the shipping carrier of your choice for your return. All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent “signature required”.
  • Please have your name clearly printed on the outside of the box. All products must be in the condition you received them and items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact to be accepted as a return. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you.
  • Processing time for Returns is up to 10  business days. Once processed, the exchange or store credit will be applied to your order.
+ - How do I return or exchange my order?

Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order or simply call the shop on 01642 864111. Please indicate whether you want to receive a refund or a store credit. A store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected. A refund will be issued once goods are returned and will be completed with 3-5 working days.
